Yes. With Turnover Coordination, we act as your on-site point of contact — briefing the crew, checking in during the turnover, verifying the finished result, and confirming the property is truly guest-ready before the next check-in.
We document damage immediately with timestamped photos and a written summary you can use for your platform claim or insurance. We also coordinate any necessary repair vendors.
We do our best to accommodate tight windows — let us know your check-out/check-in times when you book and we'll confirm availability. Same-day turnovers during peak season (Oct–Apr) book up fast.
Both work. The Inspection Visit ($75) and Turnover Coordination ($120) are available on demand. If you have consistent bookings, the Monthly Oversight plan ($249/mo) gives you priority scheduling and a better per-visit rate.
