Who Home Wise is
Home Wise is a Phoenix-based home oversight company providing Home Watch, Property Care, Short-Term Rental Support, and Relocation Concierge services throughout the Phoenix metro area. We exist for a simple reason: a lot of valuable Arizona property sits unoccupied for weeks or months at a time, and the owners need a trustworthy local presence checking in — not a generic handyman, and not a traditional property manager handling tenants and leases.
Why Phoenix, specifically
The Sonoran Desert is beautiful, but it's hard on a home left unattended. Extreme summer heat, monsoon storms, and desert irrigation systems all create failure points that can go unnoticed for weeks when no one is checking in.
