It does not include unlimited project management, contractor supervision, repeated follow-up visits, extended on-site waiting, or renovation oversight — more complex moves or extended coordination may require custom pricing. Additional vendor-access time beyond the 3 included appointments is billed at $95/hour, 1-hour minimum.
