Property Care is scoped and quoted per property — pricing depends on size, location, project complexity, and visit frequency. Most clients are on the Standard or Plus plan.

Absolutely — that's one of our most common engagements. We attend contractor meetings, document progress, flag deviations from scope, and keep you updated with photos and written summaries throughout the project.
We coordinate and oversee vendor work on your behalf, but vendors bill you directly. We never mark up vendor invoices — our fee is only for coordination and oversight.
Yes. With the Plus or Standard plan, you receive a monthly property health summary covering all visits, any issues found, actions taken, and upcoming maintenance to consider.
